Theres just nothing better then a slow cooked Roast!!!
Grassfed Rump Roast or your Meat of choice
1 Carton of low salt organic beef broth
5 Carrots chopped chopped chunky
1 Butternut squash chopped chunky
1-2 Red Onions chopped chunky
2 large Tbsp. Garlic
spinkle a little himalayan sea salt
Put all ingred. in a slow cooker when you go to bed. I set it on high then in the am turn it to warm so its simmering until I get home from work. The meat will be falling apart! Delicious!
